It is always a pleasure to work with someone who is nice. When searching for properties to show your buyers do you by chance take a look at who the listing agent is?? Sometimes it can determine whether or not the property actually gets shown!! After price, location and condition, I do believe that Realtors look to see who the listing agent is. Many times there are agents that are just so unpleasant to work with that it makes you not want to get involved. On the flip side, sometimes you notice that a Realtor that you really like and respect is the listing agent and you show it because you enjoy working with them. Thank goodness there are plenty of great agents out there.
It is so easy to be nice. Put a smile on your face. Go that extra mile. We should all be nice not only to our customers but especially to each other! A little goes a long way and that extra bit of effort to help your fellow Realtors means so much. Remember, it costs you nothing to smile and show your good side! The best news is that being nice to others makes YOU feel good too. It makes the day go by faster and everything goes just a little bit smoother. Take pride in who you are and BE NICE today!!!
